This is the testament to the effort and dollar that Microsoft has poured to this project, and it’s ain’t cheap!

“We had nearly ten thousand devices running automated tests daily, over a half million hours of active self-hosting use, over three and a half million hours of stress test passes, and eight and a half million hours of fully automated test passes.  We’ve had thousands of independent software vendors and early adopters testing our software and giving us great feedback. We are ready”

Windows Phone 7 Boot Up Time Beat iOS and Android 2.2

Pocketnow has done some neat video to compare the  Windows Phone 7 boot up times using LG Phanter with the iPhone 4, Android 2.2 running on Nexus One and HTC HD2 running on Android 2.2 as well. The outcome! Windows Phone 7 took only 25 seconds to boot up and simply beat the rest of the smartphone with almost half the time of all of the other smartphones. Though the LG Phanter is just prototype model, the blazing boots up times is just amazing!

Codenamed HTC T8788 Is One Gorgeous Windows Phone 7 Smartphone

HTC T8788 450x337 Codenamed HTC T8788 Is One Gorgeous Windows Phone 7 Smartphone

No doubt that this is the most gorgeous Window Phone 7 smartphone ever leaked so far. Only known for the time being as HTC T8788, HTC seems to have the ideal candidate to win the race for the best Windows Phone 7 title. Interestingly, there is slider at the back of the smartphone that reveal speaker, not a keypad normally available on such slider phone. What I can guess is, this smartphone is going to take full advantage of XBox Live game integration, by bringing a console-like sound experience to smartphone that looks appeal for gamers. The rest of the spec remain mystery, but Engadget folks that post this story, must be working tirelessly digging for more info.
