Good news for WiMAX users. If you’re looking for WiMAX equipped netbook, Asus Eee PC 1000GH might the one for you. This is the first WiMAX equipped netbook under Eee PC series, which was unveiled in Barcelona on last Monday.
The Eee PC 1000HG will feature IEEE 802.16e, WAVE2 and Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n support in the 2.4GHz~2.7GHz and 5.1GHz~5.8GHz bands.
No date when will this netbook available on the market. As for P1 WiMAX users, you might need little wonder, to get rid of the bulky modem
