iPhone 4 Reception Issue In Photos

One of the major complaint regarding new iPhone 4, that currently flowing on the net is the receptions issue. Although no all iPhone 4 have this kind of problem, but many reports the reception totally gone when the iPhone 4 is hold in a manner shown below. That’s how right hand holding the phone on their left hand palm, and tap the screen with the right hand finger.

I’m not gonna go through that in detail as almost major tech blog has covered it, but I’m kinda interested with the images as reaction to this issue.

One users emailed Steve Jobs complaining about this issue, and all what he received from him is this respond.  “Just Avoid Holding That Way“. Apparently, that answer is backfired!  That’s how iPhone 4 is held, as demonstrated in Apple iPhone 4 demo video. So someone has taking out screen shot to prove that Steve statement is misleading. All this while, the phone was held that way.

So what is the proper way to hold iPhone 4?? Not sure if this picture is real, but logically that’s how iPhone 4 should be held, at least according to Steve Jobs reply. It is not the convenient way to hold the phone, but well..  people will adapt.

Appleinsider reported that the issue might get fixed on Monday via software update, but if you want to fix it now, get Sellotape and follow instruction here. But it seem like it is not 100% working according to some commentators.

iPhone 4 Blended Mercilessly!

No mercy!! Yep, ‘Will It Blend’ have no mercy toward iPhone 4, just like other gadgets before. That’s what exactly bring them fame all this while.. by blending newly released and famous gadgets to the end. If you’re one of the person that wanted this iPhone 4 badly, fell free to call them silly, but they have gained dang a lot of publicity due to this. Enjoy your weekend, and this video.

So finally iPhone 4 hit the stores yesterday in the US as well as 5 other luckiest countries. New iPhone means long queue. This views taken from Apple store in 5th Avenue (as well as other Apple store) is now common panorama whenever new iPhone released byApple. People are just so in love with iPhone that they’re willing to stand in very very long queue.

It’s been reported that some even willing to camp outside of the store as early as a week earlier in order to be the first to get one.  Yes, that’s right, a week before the launch, but apparently he is jobless, so he has nothing to worry about.

There is more photos about the ‘chaos’ caused by iPhone 4 at Apple stores and retailers on the link below. Business Insider apparently has more photos worldwide from Japan, UK and Paris. The craze is everywhere.  I’m wondering if our country are among the first  to get iPhone 4, would that madness can be seen here as well? Without doubt, I would say YES.

iPhone 4 is just few days old, and only small numbers of customers has received theirs. It looks like folks at iFixit has received theirs as well, and waste no time tearing it down. Well, that’s how iFixit built their reputation all this while; tearing down shining, newly released device to reveal what’s inside.

Among interesting part reveal from the tear down are Apple A4 processor, 1 GHz ARM Cortex A8 core, 512 MB RAM , 3.7V 1420 mAh Li-Polymer batter and other tiny parts . Hold your breath before hitting this link to witness how iPhone 4 was teared down to the end .

Don’t worry if you have zero knowledge of electronic stuff as the process was explained in layman’s language. And don’t try this at home as it will damage your iPhone 4. Remember these peoples are pro.
