htc smartphone release 2010 HTC To Launch 3 Smartphones On 13 April!

Next Tuesday, 13-April is a big day for HTC Malaysia. Not only this is the HTC’s first smartphone launch event in 2010, there are actually 3 smartphones to be launched at the same day! We all know that HTC has been releasing couple of new smartphone model last year, but the smartphone are yet to hit our market, officially.

Can you  guess which smartphone HTC Malaysia will launch? It is open secret, but just let it that way at the moment. Hint: You can Google. Anyway, the ads above is pretty cool. This kind of ads has become the face of HTC’s marketing display since the day of HTC’s ‘Quietly Brilliant’ campaign, so keep it that way.

Update: Fix the date, thanks Liewcf!

I finally made myself available for HTC HD2 launch at Boiler Room Hartamas yesterday evening, after missing so many gadget launch. I arrived there at sharp 5.30PM. The place is already packed with quite a number of media folks as well as bloggers. Gadget launch nowadays has many followers and to me, that’s good for out tech industries. More and more people are aware of technology such as smartphones which can help improve productivity significantly if it’s used properly.

Being the first timer to such gadget launch, I even forgot to bring along my Canon EOS 1000D. So sorry, no photos to show you, except the HTC HD2 images in the bag of goodies provided by them.

Just like other events, as usual, it started with talk by the HTC Country Manager followed by the manager from SIS, the company that  distribute HTC smartphones here in Malaysia. Then come the part that where most attendees are anticipating; product overview by their engineer. I have go through the lengthy review from GSM Arena beforehand, so I basically have ideas what this HTC HD2 has, if not better.

I left the event after the product overview session end due to other commitment.  Anyways, it was a good experience to get to know other people out of the industry that I’m make living for. I don’t have a chance to have hands on with the phone itself, so I would point you again to the review at GSM Arena. MyTechNews was there as well, and he put up some nice photos captured at the event on this post.
