Last month, Google Docs team added new feature on Google Doc’s spreadsheet that allow mobile phone users easily update the spreadsheet, by switching to view that they called ‘List View‘.
Yesterday, the similar feature for desktop, introduced to all users. To switch to ‘List View‘, go to ‘View‘ followed by ‘List View‘. You can control the number of lines you want to view, add new records and even sort the records here.
It can be embedded on any page, using ‘iframe’ such as the sample below. Check it out, and sure you’ll love this feature.

I spot the Dell.com new website design upon looking for upcoming mini Inspiron (not yet released). The main blue color web design has now gone, replaced by new color… black. Even Dell has touched up its logo, now a black rounded logo, with the old Dell logo inside, in white color.
The new design put more emphasize in providing users with ease of navigating the website from the beginning, browsing the systems, viewing the promotion, customizing the system until the users checked out and complete the transaction.
Dell also put some initiative to gain traffic from social media websites, with the social bookmarking icon on each page.
At a glance, do you think the new design made Dell.com front page looks like blog with magazine-style theme? I do…
Dell Studio makes its first appearance in US Dell store on June 26th even though Gadget blogs such as Gizmodo and Engadget has smelled it even earlier.
In line with Dell’s ‘philosophy’ of making cheap laptops but with gorgeous look, the design is inspired from its older sibling XPS, but with bulkier, weightier with middle end specification. That’s why Studio was there, to fill in the gap between Dell Inspiron and Dell XPS family.
This is not a review, but merely my view as a common laptop user. So don’t expect any high tech jargon used in this post. So far, Studio comes with 15″ and 17″ screen and is only powered with no really high spec Core 2 Duo (no AMD yet). Full specification can be read here.

Other than its slick design, Dell Studio’s Vista has been touched up with with an appearance of Dell Dock, a short cut menu which you can see on top of the desktop. Watch the brief presentation.
