This Dell Inspiron 1525 reach our desk few days back. Not much special about it, although it now has sleeker design, colorful case, and sport XPS looks alike especially its side view. Inspiron 1525 was introduced last April, to replace its older and bulkier sibling, Inspiron 1520. In fact, 1525 is nearing its life cycle as well. The next generation of Inspiron 15 inch model, simply called Inspiron 15 is already on the market now.
With 2.7 kg weight, this notebook is considerably heavy. Powered by Pentium D, 1 GB memory, integrated Intel graphic cards and run on Windows Vista basic, obviously this is not a performance notebook. What else can you expect from RM1900 notebook, right?
The screen is bright enough for daily use, but the touch pad is less sensitive. The keyboard is quite nice, but still, the old Latitude has superior keyboard than this.
