Contract-less iPhone 4 Available in Apple Store Singapore

iphone4 singapore Contract less iPhone 4 Available in Apple Store Singapore

Cool!! apparently iPhone 4 is also available without contract in Apple online store Singapore. The price is indeed very tempting, SGD888 for 16GB model and SGD1048 for 32GB model or RM2071 and RM2445 if it is converted to Malaysian ringgit, way cheaper than what’s offered by grey importer.

With many Malaysian live or works in Singapore as well as close tie (in general) between the citizen, it is no doubt that soon there will be a lot of Singapore’s iPhone 4 set available here in Malaysia. Just wait a little bit longer as it needs 3 weeks to for item to be delivered.

Droid X Mock iPhone 4 Again With ‘No Jacket Required’ Ads

First, the  antenna, and now the case. If you’re following antennagete storie (I know there is a lot), you knows what I’m talking about. So the latest Droid X take another shot at iPhone 4 case give away which already started. And as you can guess the ads is trying to spread message that Droid-X doesn’t need the case to work properly, unlike iPhone 4…. Nice try,  but I think Galaxy S’s Hello ads is better.

Not bad for 30 years old phone manufacturer, right?

My View On Apple’s Latest ‘Magic’, Magic Trackpad

4837056999 c2e56c4c46 My View On Apples Latest Magic, Magic Trackpad

One of the new device introduced  by Apple is Magic Trackpad. Yes, it is trackpad for iMac, a similar multitouch trackpad found on Macbooks Pro. I know that you’ll puzzled how in the earth that Apple will come out with this device, when there is already device called… mouse. I’m not Mac users (although I do own iPod and iPhone) but I do to know there is Magic Mouse, mouse with multitouch capability, am I right? So how Apple is going to position Magic Trackpad on their product line along with Magic mouse? Or either one must die?

With beautifully designed apps and devices Apple had in their store, it is now wonder that Apple has gained huge followers over the time. A loyal and hard core followers… Apple is cult and Steve Jobs is the cult leader.. haha, just kidding. The fact is, you know how Apple has won the heart of it’s customer, and you can guess that, these people will no hesitation to spend few hundred buck to try this ‘magical’ device out. Did you?

iMac sales is phenomenal since the last few years. The price has gone down significantly on this part of this world, thanks to better currency conversion. It is no longer expensive stuff unlike 2-3 years ago whereby it is now more affordable to students and professional, plus the cool factor it had. These millions users as observed by Apple (my theory), probably bored with Magic Mouse, they want something more magical stuff. Something similar to Macbook Pro’s trackpad, and so born this device as what can you see today.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but Apple can turn this around. To perfectly fit the Magic Trackpad’s magical touch, the beautifully worded sentence is required as well, so here is what Magic Trackpad could do.

“Every iMac comes with Apple’s innovative Magic Mouse and customers can also order the new Magic Trackpad as an option. The Magic Trackpad brings the intuitive Multi-Touch gestures of Mac notebook trackpads to the desktop. With its glass surface, the wireless Magic Trackpad enables users to scroll smoothly up and down a page with inertial scrolling, pinch to zoom in and out, rotate an image with their fingertips and swipe three fingers to flip through a collection of web pages or photos. The Magic Trackpad can be configured to support single button or two button commands and supports tap-to-click as well as a physical click.”

So here is what I thought, and this is purely my opinion. Magic Trackpad is just beautiful accessory, not necessity for iMac, but you never now until you start using it. Remember iPhone..

iPad craze hit Singapore last Friday when this magical device started being sell by retailers and Apple partners on that day. Other than retailers, apparently Apple does sell iPad through it’s online store. All models are available including Wifi + 3G model. Data is available separately through Singtel, StarHub and M1.

The price is tempting, but before you proceed, please note that it shipped only to Singapore address, although I think non-Singapore credit card accepted as well. It will be shipped within 7-10 days, and by this you know that the respond to iPad is overwhelming
