Set Gmail Undo Send to 10 seconds

When it was first introduced, the default Undo Send interval is 5 seconds. Well, now Gmail has put up an option to choose from 0, 5 or 10 seconds interval.

Go to you setting page to set this up. So happy now??

Tweet to update Google Calendar with Twittercal

  2. Add gcal as your friend
    gcal is a bot that process and forward messages to your Google Calendar.
  3. Grant access to your Google Calendar account
  4. Now add any events by sending a direct message to gcal

So here the sample message you can use to update your calendar.

Gmail Lab in 49 languages

Gmail rolled out translation version for its Gmail Lab, the last piece of Gmail which is yet to be translated before. If you use Gmail in your native language, you might have notice it before.

In case you interested to test how good you’re in your native language, first you have to choose that language from the ‘setting‘ menu. Once you have saved the language setup, go to setting again, and choose lab. Depend on the language you choose, you’ll see Gmail Lab now in non-English.

For instance, Gmail Lab in Bahasa Melayu. Err.. Beberapa Barang Experiment yang tidak betul??????

Google Apps : Usage reporting in charts

Google Apps administrators can now view charts on the disk space usage and active users from the control panel.

To view this chart, from control panel, go to the ‘Advanced Tools’ tab, click ‘View Usage and Reports’ in ‘Reporting’.

This feature only available for Premier, Education and Partner Editions accounts.

Drawing in Google Docs

One of the long list of new features introduced in Google Docs, Insert Drawing allow user to draw right from the Google Docs. To open the drawing ‘canvas’, choose Drawing within the Insert menu.

On this ‘canvas’, there are many shapes to choose from, variety of line type, fill line and colours to spice up you the drawing.  You can as well, group, order, align and distribute an objects that you choose.

Once satisfied with the drawing, click small ‘x’ to close this windows, and the drawing will show up in the main Google Docs pages. The draws can be edited, resized and even duplicated.
