The first PC Fair 2009 is just around the corner. For Klang Valley folks, where the nearest PC Fair is going to be at KL Convention Centre next weekend, this would be the biggest IT fair to shop for computer stuff in bargain price. I bet this year, netbook will again the star of the show, with more computer manufacturers, rolled out new models over the past few months.
From today onward, till the PC Fair days, you’ll see more netbook post right here in blogjer. To start with, lets go to Samsung N110 netbook, which just released last week.
N110 is the latest model in Samsung’s netbook line product, which famous with NC series before. What cool about this netbook is, it is equipped with 6-cell lithium battery, lasts for up to 9.5 hours! Better than most full-sized notebook out there right? I’m not certain if this netbook is going to be here that soon.
Ermm, I don’t see any netbook in Samsung.com.my. Scroll down for the specs.

When I heard Digg unveiled Diggbar, I thought it was just another toolbar for web browser. Turn out that I’m completely wrong. Although the name sound bar, it is actually dynamic bar that appear on the screen when you ‘digg’ any site using Diggbar method.
The whole concept of Diggbar is to let everyone easily digg any web page without the hassle of toggling between Digg.com and story page. Seriously, it can be done in 2 steps.
- To submit any story to Digg.com, just add digg.com/ in front of any URL such as below.
- Press enter/go. New bar will appear on top of the page. You can submit the story to digg, to tweet the story as well as send it to Facebook. Basically, you’ll see slightly different view between story that has been sent to Digg, and that still not.
- This is the Diggbar for the story that has never been ‘digged’. It’ll show shows the ‘submit to digg’ button.
- Diggbar with the story that has been ‘digged’ before, will shows the number of diggs, and comments and related stories

And the bottom section, showing the website where that images are originated. If you familiar with Google image search, similar concept is applied here.
There is also search bar on top of the preview page. You can closed the first section to fully view the website, where the images comes from.
Last Thursday, Gmail turn 5, a quite achievement for the Gmail team. Human at this old, has enrolled to kindergarten, started to learn letters and reading, mathematics and etc. Brilliant kids do much greater things, including solving complex mathematics for instance .
But Gmail is not human, although it was invented by human.. genius human being. It has changed how mailbox suppose to be, beyond its traditional function of sending and reading email. Gmail has transformed email to the extent, that it was like other not an email application, which is great. You can chat, create and manage task and many more. But it still not free from outage, which hurt millions of users.
Take all these as lesson to improve it further. Keep up all the good work!
