So the most anticipated event is now over. I bet you have heard the rumors about what Apple is going to release on that date.  To me, the main highlight during Apple’s event yesterday are iPod Touch and new iPod Nano. Ipod touch receive significant price cut, while new iPod Nano introduced with new built-in camera,FM radio and pedometer.

To most users disappointment, the updated iPod Touch does not get camera of GPS as the rumors say. But you know, rumors is still rumors, not everything is going to happen, right?

New competitive price – Now starting from RM779 compared to RM949 for 8GB. That is 18% discount! No more 16GB iPod Touch, but instead of that, there is new 64GB iPod Touch in store.

Old Price

iPod Shuffle – No new product. Starting price at RM229, compared to RM309 before

iPod Nano – New iPod Nano with camera, FM Radio and pedometer. Price remaining the same with starting price from RM599

iPod Classic – No new product, starting price now at RM949, compared to RM999 before.

The new iPod Touch’s price is very tempting. For those who feel iPhone is beyond reach or refuse to get in contract with telcos, but can live without phone and camera function to enjoy music , iPhone app and mobile browsing experience, iPhone Touch might be the answer.
