Cross Border allow you to send Apple across the globe
Sending Apple product as souvenir or gift directly to the love one abroad, is now made 
easier with the new Apple service, called Cross Border. Cross Border is Apple service that allow you buy Apple product and send it as a gift on the destination country where the recipient lived.
Let say, you live in South East Asian region, Cross Border allow you to buy and send Apple product to countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines.
Doing so, save you more on the shipment fee, as you’re ordering the product directly from the destination store where the person lived. You’ll be billed with the currency of the destination country with current exchange rate. Only credit card accepted as the payment method.
Different region has different Cross Border participating countries. US folks for instance, has more than 20 countries they can send to , including Malaysia.
This is more useful than you think. There are a lot of people including myself that has links (family) over different countries. I move between them all the time so sending gifts etc, this is useful.
