Behind the gloomy economy that has made thousand of employees unemployed, there are still shine of hope especially for IT and unemployed graduate in Malaysia. Just make sure that you keep yourself up to date with latest news and skills.

Great news today is that Skali, a local IT company specialize on e-business which currently undertaking government website upgrade and maintenance under Managed Portal Service (MPS) project plan to hire 1000 more employees this year. These jobs will be allocated for the upcoming phase 2 of this project slated this year.

Skali also provide training to unemployed graduate via program such as SPIKE, and some of the graduate student will eventually joined the company as employee.

Not much info provided when the hiring process begin, or how to apply for the available position. Be sure to check online job portal more often after this.

    Wow! That’s great news for them, alot of my friends in the industry haven’t had any plans for downsizing and rather upsizing. I feel bad for those losing their jobs right now due to the industries that they are in.

    The new company that i working now, using SAP quite a lot. Even the application under my care interfacing with SAP on daily basis. I wish I got the chance to learn SAP as well later on
