Offline Gmail is here – Get ready to go offline
It doesn’t take long for us to get hold of Offline Gmail. If you didn’t notice, it is now available on Gmail Lab. Enable it, and your Gmail follows you even on the offline world.
Additional note after it has been enabled. You’ll see Offline link on the right top of your Gmail page.
Clicking on it will prompt you to install offline access for Gmail, and Google Gears if you don’t have it installed.
Follow the installation steps till the completion. Once completed, it will start downloading your emails immediately. It could take long time, depending on how much email you have.
Once all emails are downloaded, you’re now ready to go offline!!
finally google should have done this long time ago sometimes i have to read soo many email when im out home and i can’t stay connected all the time

Go to Setting – Lab – Offline. It should be available on top of the list
