Sony Viao P landed in Malaysia – starting price at RM2788

It didn’t take long for Sony Vaio P to reach Malaysia. After unveiled at CES early January, it was launched in Malaysia last Wednesday on the low profile events.
The first netbook from Sony doesn’t come cheap though. With the price started at RM2788 for lower end (P13), and RM3788 for higher end (p15), Viao P is obviously the most expensive netbook on the market so far.
Typical Sony Viao, the built and design is great (from photos). Powered by Intel Atom just like other netbook, Viao P1 carrying Vista as it operating system which justify why it come 2GB memory by default.
Not much info on Sony website including the press release, so head to lowyat.net who has representative attending the event.

When I bought the Vaio P a few months ago, I didn’t think that it would be that good. It’s the ideal device for surfing the web and doing your work. Here is a further review of Sony Vaio P you might want to read. I can recommend this netbook, it’s on the more expensive side but it’s worth the price.
