    I’m using Jobstreet from the day one they launch their services but until now no query has been made to me either by Jobstreet or their client.

    I wonder why? Maybe I’m to technically expert and their client don’t want to pay big sum’s of money to me for salary… hehehe

    hehe, you’re right bro. Or maybe you demand 5 figure salary, scared them away, hehehe. But do you think you need that. You forex must be more than enough

    Why certain professional (who normally don’t have any paper qualification) were harder to got job query from Jobstreet but not the fresh graduate (with ton’s of paper qualification but with empty head).

    I find this very amusing. So where can this professional get re-employed (normally after VSS or retrench).

    I am the one example of this case scenario. An 17 years experience technical guy with no paper qualification (except CISSP cert and SPR/SPM only).

    Hahaha.. my forex income normally goes to;

    1. My kids education fund and insurance.
    2. My Radio Control (RC) Helicopter and Plane hobby.. hehehehe

  9. zaki says:

    Cert is just like currency, the value is on the paper only. Once you tear it off, does it meaningful?? Not anymore..

    But that is the reality now, especially to those hiring folks. Skill perhaps in no 2 upon assessing the suitable candidate for any job.

    Luckily adsense, forex, text-link-ads has no such qualification.. hooray!!

  10. cencurut says:

    When they employ brainless but full paper qualification employee, the company will get a brainless workers.

    But when they employ skilled but no paper qualification employee, the company will get a skill workers.

    So… what do the HR Dept think of this?

  11. Chen Chow says:

    Cencurut, sorry to hear about that. Often, it is the perception of our society that looks at the paper qualification first and that could be the main reason. Do keep up branding yourself and I am sure more and more employers would appreciate talents like you! Good Luck!
