what are the signs that your blog need little make over
On previous post, I was rambling about how I make little make over. It looks better now (at least to me) There are a lot of reasons why you should change your website’s looks. Some make sense but some are non-sense.
- You last updated your blog’s looks years ago.
- Your readers complaint that your blog looks ‘outdated’ and ‘cheapo’.
- Your readers thought that the blog’s author is 40++ year old uncle/auntie, but the truth is, the blog is authored by a 20+ year old student who have yet graduated.
- Your fellow bloggers have changed their themes a few times in a year.
- You have highly customized the theme, until you lost count of what were changed.
- Your theme is not CSS and HTML valid
- Certain ads are not performing well or have less clicks
- You plan to open your ads for private ads, but certain ads format is not compatible/unmatched with your theme

- You blog’s loading time keeps increasing over the year
- You feel bored with your own blog until you feel lazy to maintain and write anymore. Dude, this is critical. You must change it ASAP!!
- You feel jealous with other blogs which look stunning and have web 2.0 style
- You have changed blogging platform from Blogger to Wordpress (Time to change for those who haven’t)
- You have changed your niche. Imagine you’re blogging about politic but with ‘girlie’ theme. No offence to girls and women okey
- You get your first Adsense or Kontera payment (or other make money online source). Time to spend on your blog!!!
- You’re banned from Adsense. You’re mad at Google so you want to close your blog. So, don’t update your blog. Hehehe
There are perhaps thousand more signs that I could write. But after all, what I have written is not necessarily TRUE. You can work more on your contents, and let it do the talking. Happy make over!!

i’ll fix that, SOMEDAY. haha
same theme, but by just changing the header it looks like a different one. maybe i should chnage my header too. anyone who wants to do it for free
Haha, same here. The original theme is valid CSS/html, but after making heavy modification, it’s no longer valid.
I wanna make change to the template of my blog too.. It seems heavy somehow even when removed unnecessary thingy. still a lot to improve. Just need the time. Lol. Lazy or dun have time? Huhu..
I changed my blog recently, it is in wordpress now. Do you know a theme good for a blog about generalities?
