I didn’t now the difference between prepaid cards and debit cards. Thanks for explainig me. And, ideed, everyone needs a credit card or a debit card, in my case because I am unable to control my spending habit and I think that many women think that way.

Azwan, that could be true since you keep your balance > 200.

They’ll only charge you when your balance is < 200 every 6 months.

regarding al-rajhi. i checked with them before and they said they will not charge anything regardless of the amount you hv in the account. however, i cant verify that since my account is only a few months old. and since all my paypal money is in there, it will always be > 200
