		<description>I agree with your point here. This is why we must educate people to spend the money they earned, not the money they are going to earned. Another this is, financial institution has to be more prudent when it come to offer a credit. Credit scoring must be assessed carefully, in order to avoid repetitive credit crunch issue that currently happens all over the world</description>

		<description>It's good that you can control so as not to overly overspend when using credit cards, yes a benefit is we can sort of "borrow" some money and pay a lil bit later especially when we really really want to buy our desired stuffs.</description>

		<description>I bought a prepaid credit card last year and forgot about it, so thanks for this!  It was only $25 worth, but when I bought it (at the grocery store) I was thinking they would be easier to setup.  Not that they are hard, but if I remember correctly when I tried to activate it it asked for my social security number or something like that.  I decided not to setup it up right then and ended up giving it to my wife, but I just asked her and she never activated it either!  So a little late X-mas present for us!  thanks!</description>
