blogger outage
Blogspot base blog appeared to have experienced outage around 7am CST today. I’m in the middle of browsing one of my blog when suddenly it was unreachable. I thought something wrong with my connection, but it is not. I browse some blogspot blogs, all of them are unreachable.
However, I didn’t see any announcement from their status page. Let see how soon they will get it fixed

What is outage?
Does it mean something like server down?
